That was just an example I've presented what happened, with copies of the receipt. The receipt is a fact. The receipt also states the order was shipped by Federal Express...I guess that is a FACT? You have shown a receipt that has a part and 5 hours worth of labor. It DOES NOT state that the 5 hours was just to install that one part. I made receipts all the time with multiple hour labor with not one single part on them. That does not mean nothing was installed or done to the car. Your statement that you didn't charge 5 hours is not a fact. It's opposed by the receipt. I am not challenging that you were NOT charged 5 hours labor. I am saying that I am 110% positive that I would not have charged you 5 hours labor for ONLY a Cat Pipe install. I would have to be stupid to try and pull a stunt like that when 99.9% of people know that installing a set of cat pipes is a 1 hour job. I really don't think you would have walked out of there paying just that much for just a cat pipe install. Hell I would not be able to look myself in the mirror if I had truly screwed someone that bad. Are you 100% sure we didn't install your brake kit at the same time??
